Our malt forward and mildly hopped Scottish style session ale with hints of caramel and roasted malt finish.
This imperial stout is opaque black & full-bodied with flavours of sweet coffee and dark chocolate and finished with a blend of sweet, dark & red sour cherries to create a luscious seasonal favourite.
Saison yeast and rye along with sweet orange peel give this beer hints of citrus. The spice used is grains of paradise which also provides a pungent peppery flavour. Overall, this beer has a spicy, citrusy taste with a slightly dry finish.
Classic Witbier with blueberries giving a noticeable but not overwhelming blueberry flavour and aroma with an unmistakeable light purple colour.
Medium bodied, very smooth beer. Its appearance is quite dark while its flavour is lightly roasted and well balanced.
A true to style Pacific Northwest IPA that is brimming with grapefruit, light pine and floral hop notes from whole cone Cascade and Simcoe hops and a Chinook and Centennial dry-hop. A bold yet balanced bitterness. Pairs well with spicy foods, hearty stews, Indian cuisine and curries, fish and chips.
This hazy IPA has waves of fresh melon and hand-squeezed citrus notes. Double dry-hopped with Citra and Azacca during and after fermentation. A juicy treat that lingers like a hazy dream.
